I'm Edwin Salazar. Executive Chef and co- Founder of The Kitchen Co.

Born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

After restaurant openings in my town I decided to go abroad and get more culinary experience, so I took off and moved to Italy to get different culinary certificates. After two years I wanted more experience in new food styles so I moved to Singapore.
